Spent a couple of cars in the garage changing the 7.5 in my 02v6 to an 8.8 from a 96. Had it powder coated and freshly rebuilt with 3:73 gears. Rear is not as wide, but is fine with the 10.5 inch bullits with 315/35/17 tires.

Also installed Roush lower control arms ( thanks DTK) and AET rotors.

I was afraid of doing in the 7.5 with the Procharger.

 

Man does that ever look nice and clean.
What size ATI you going with?
