Was planning on installing the rear end components, differential and gears next week.

As for the supercharger, I have to acquire the following parts for the supercharger prior to the installation:

SCT-3000 SCT Xcalibrator 3
3735 02 Sensor Bung and Nut
GSS340 Walbro GSS340 255 LPH
TMSMAF3BLOW 3'' 'Slot Style' CNC
WPT-1023 Ford GT/SLOT STYLE MAF
SCT-BA-5000 SCT Big Air 5000 MAF
M-9593-M39 Ford Racing 39LB Injector
M-14464-A8 Fuel Injector Adaptor Kit

I am also ordering a new ported upper and lower intake, new heads, new cam and forged internals.

Lots of work to be done yet!

as for required parts
stock intanke pump and a procharger boost a pump will work
24# injectors minimum
as for the maf and such its NOT required to do the swap. and run boost on the single port
you have to have a tune. and if you hit up justin @ vmp tuning and tell him what parts and what blower he will send you an x3 with the apporpriate tune there for eliminating any dyno time.
i do have an x2 kicking around for a procharged single port. if you happen to know your ecm number it may work as i ran pretty much everything you have for your power plant on it.
im split port swapped with a SSM 4.3L and running an sct livewire so its no longer needed
