it's hard to keep my cool but I've learned over the years not burn any bridges and don't turn it personal it really does help.I also do business with the local ford dealership so I have to keep it sane.My thought is get that leak fixed replace that computer junction box and we should be fine but if anything else electrical acts up then it's straight to ford first than elsewhere but first give them a chance

It might be wise to document, date & record everything, also send a copy of this to ford
Canada. I suspect, if this dealer has this attitude you are not going to be done for awhile.

oh you bet I've kept everything. One thing that is starting to irritate me is a lack of communication from the dealership. They worked on the car this past Tuesday but I haven't heard from them,at least say ok we got the leak now we need the junction box and go through a checklist to make sure it's fine just let me know wth is going on

Well after three weeks of not hearing from either of the dealerships in regards to my car on thursday morning I get a call from my5 ton driver on the local ferry from vancouver island saying my car was onboard. Can you believe it they didn't/wouldn't tell me my car is fixed.Just glad to have it back and everything that was damaged (junction box, floor mats, carpet were replaced and repaired, ford figured out that since I park on little bit of a downhill slope that maybe if they did the same they might find the leak, yeahthey found it instantly.Still don't know where but will find out monday when usual sevice manager is back. But how's this for a heart attack went out today for a drive and halfway through my low tire pressure light comes on.First thought was here we go again that the problem hasn't been fixed, tires looked fine but when I finally got home took my tire gauge out and damn I've got a small nail in one tire and the pressure was about 10 pounds lower than others so off to a local garage and put air in witha big sigh of relief that damn light went out.Crikey I had built myself up into a froth now it's off to the tire place but thats a lot less stressful. After only having this car back a couple of days I'm still not getting rid of it damn I love this mustang but not the dealership
