I re-read this thread, I originally said that this car would run low 13s or 12s but we have set our sights on 11s instead. Since we decided to supercharge.
We also thought a faster car would be more likely to get rented. It takes the average guy a lot of time and money to reach this level of performance. Why no just experience it in our car and save all the trouble.

Just curious,... How much do you charge for a Rotisserie rust clean up and re paint,.. my car (89 Vert) is in great shape,.... no cheese,... mostly all origianl paint,....hood and trunk have been changed,... floors are very good,... except for 2 small spots,... the floor is caked in rust check though and isn`t getting any worse till I can afford to do something like what I`m asking about,... Overall car is very clean,.... would like it to be mint though. Just wondering how much this will set me back,... You could have it all winter,... I don`t drive it from Oct,. to April.

Its hard to give you an exact price without seeing the car. the last couple we have done have varied between 7-12k. both where somewhat rusty cars. is there anyway you could send me some close up pics of the car? do you want it stripped to a shell and sand blasted? or just want the cuple of holes fixed and the bottom painted? I would like to see there area where the k-frame bolts to the strut tower, as the foxes are bad for rusting there. let me know

This weekend I'll pull it out and take some pics,..... The area around the K-frame
Has a little surface but nothing severe,..... Overall car is solid,..... Just needs clean up the floors are good,.... Driver and pass side floor both have very small holes starting,........ Rest of floor is clean,.... Since its a vert I've been able to access inside the quarters with rust check,.... The trunks,.... Pull fenders off rust sprayed,... Pretty clean,.... Tiny bits of surface here and the underneath,.... Thats why I want the clean up,..... The car is covered in oil underneath(Rustcheck) and inside quarters K-frame area,.... Etc,.... All nooks and crannies so that would have to be cleaned off. Yes I would want it stripped and painted from the inside out.

Ok thanks,.... This is definitely the route I want to go,..... More just looking for prices right now,... As I was hoping to hold off few at least a few years,... Just bought bigger house 2nd kid on way,....thats why I've caked it with oil,.... I don't drive in rain or salt or winter,.... Gets waxed more then its washed. Figured if I did all this It would stay solid long enough for me to save the money to resto it properly,... I have been saving every month though,........ This is the only way I want to spend money to repaint,..... Figured it'd be up around 10 to 12 g's. Ill send pics
