where to feed lines through firewall...

Well my gauge pod will be coming in the next couple of days, and will need to route my vacuum line for my boost gauge.

even when i had the engine out, i could not see a good place to run any sort of wire/lines.

Where is the best entrance through the fire wall?

Thanks

Look where the vacuum line goes into the heater unit. It is usually a soft gasket material there to seal it to the firewall. You may be able to push a "fish" wire through into the cabin. You may need a bit of extra hose/ wire etc. but it beats drilling. Stu

Thanks stu!

Will i was trying to get the boost line through the fire wall for the boost gauge, i stumbled across, the vacuum canister for the ACC inside. i am just going to put a "T" in the vacuum line, for the boost gauge there.

Now i will just have to figure out how to get wire thu that hole, for my other gauges...dont know what other gauges to get right now though.

Thanks again

Stick the wires out the hood and into your doorsill. I'm sure it'll look great like that.
