White faced guages

Anyone change the black faced guages to white? Just wondering if you went with stick on or did you replace the whole cluster?

If you went with the stick on how do they look and how did they line up when you did it. Also is it MPH or does it have KPH and MPH?
Where did you get them and what price?

They are in MPH and KPH however MPH are the larger #'s. Personally I wish I left it the way it was but maybe you will like them. Paid $80 for mine.

I've got the autometer lunar replacement cluster in mine. Heard a few complaints about the stick on type.

Upside on the autometer...they look fantastic.

Down side...stupid price, only in MPH

I lucked out and found someone selling them for half of retail...never used...box still had the plastic wrap on it. :tup

You were happy I think...took all of about 3 minutes to sell them.

I'm happy...new in the box for $400...versus what $800 MSRP? :chacha:

WOW, did you have to go to the dealer to get it calibrated? or was it a direct replacement?

I put the white/reverse glow overlay in from UPR on the guages and heater/AC control on the GT. 2 color switch, blue or green.

I have had no issues with them at all, and received nothing but compliments on them.

Yes, you have to cut off the instrument cluster clear cover but that was a breeze. Had the guages done in an hour or so, and took all of 10 minutes for the heater/ac plate.

Fitment is right on. Slid right over the needles without a prob.

I would reccommend them and will put a matching silver/glow on the heater/ac of the Cobra.

I would really like to see those but you are too far away. I noticed them on one of the sites and always wondered what they would look like. Anyone closer to Woodstock, Ontario that has the white/reverse glow overlay?

Nope...one of the local shops did it.

It replaces the whole deal...needles and all...you pull out the stocker...it separates (lense....gauges...brains)...the new piece rplaces the entire gauge cluster and simply plugs directly into the brains...and retains the stock odometre....sandwich the peices back together and bolt her back in.

40 minutes tops. :tup

Hum, maybe a road trip is in order, LOL.

If no one has them in Ont., I could try a few digital shots. Let me know.
