nope, i have the bullit style factory 17's. it looks like either an adapter, or spacer. it's not the same color of the rim, and it looks seperate,between te rim and rotor, i've never had the wheels off, so i'm prolly just high in thinking it's 2 seperate pieces.

On my v6 I have Michelin X-Ice (205/65R15) The best snow tires you can get are Nokyan but they're like $400 a tire..
