I know nothing about this steering wheel, but a search got me to this Ebay item which you can select different positions of the wheel as well as enlarge them. Hope this helps illustrate the pieces.
p.s. There are some smoking nice Shelby deluxe wheels for under 200.

thanks everyone for you comments and compliments I contacted the seller who had no problem refunding me my money he was misled as well I have since found another original wheel complete thanks again to you all
