Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself and get acquainted.
I have become the caretaker of a couple of old Mustangs,the first is a '66 coupe with a built 289 and automatic. Its a stock power brake car that I have been tasked with upgrading and doing a cosmetic restoration on.
The second is a '69 Mach I 351C car , a nice unmolested original that will eventually get a complete resto.
Just to be clear, I don,t own these cars ,but have been employed to do the restoration work by the owners. I am not well versed in Fords in particular and as such will be turning to this forum for much needed knowledge.
I,ve been a Bowtie guy all my life with several restorations under my belt, so it,s not my first rodeo, but its my first time riding a Ford so to speak.
Looking forward to being involved....
