i'm not sure if i completely understood what you were saying,
it is cert and tested, but it's still messed up?
or they were supposed to cert. and test it, you paid cash and left with it, and they hadn't touched it??
either way ****** deal, should be someway to go back on them... any other mods other then the pedals ??

LOL I new someone was going to see that pedal junk no I bought the car and they were on it did you see that "WERE" on it, they are off now the person that owned it couldnt grasp between muscle and rice sorry no mods yet "YET", and yes I bought the car cert & etested, but they did a blind safety you no the kind were you walk up to the car and look threw the rim to check the brakes, yeah well that is the cert I got on my stang and I have to fix the car myself but oh well im getting over it now still a little upset with the MTO : not being able to do . :

I thought we had here in Canada a Lemon Law that protects buyers from this sort of thing. If the car was sold under fragulent terms ie. sold cert. when clearly it is not capable, you had 30 day to find out and seek retribution.
Not sure where you would start to look or go to though.
I think the MTO is more intresed in moving violations then consumer scam reports. Maybe try the local boys in blue, they should know something about Canadian laws :2:
