introduction

My name is Richard and I have had 3 mustangs as well as some other brand muscle cars over the years but I have enjoyed the mustangs. I started with a 1990 Mustang GT and replaced that with a 1995 Mustang GT and most recently my mustang is a 2006 GT.

I do most of my own work such as brakes, tune ups, rad changes, alternators etc.

My 2006 has a few mods but I am just getting started. I have put on Corsa axle back stainless mufflers. This took the noise up a notch. Other mods included 18" Cragar SS rims with BF Goodrich 265/40 tires. I have added a number of chrome billet pieces inside.

Next on the list is a cold air intake and some other underhood dress up items.

Welcome to the club Richard - post up some pictures for sure. Are those Cragar SS rims like the old school five spoke Cragars? If so - that's a cool look, and that's plenty of tire to stuff on them. I'm betting it looks great, but tough to tell without pictures (too subtle? ha ha ha)

thanks for the welcome guys.

I have uploaded a picture of my old 95 mustang. I don't have any electronic copies of the 90 stang.

The 90 was a great car. I drove it from Glencoe to Tecumseh for 2.5 years until I sold my house. I drove it though the winter and in all weather and it never let me down. I oil sprayed it every year and it had no rust at all on it. Then one day, I was stopped at a red light and a transport truck didnt stop and took the side off the car. It didn't even stall after being pushed 20 feet into the intersection. write off obviously. i didn't have a scratch!

I also uploaded a closer picture of the Cragar rims and the chrome bezels on the fog lights.

Yah, those were the ones I was thinking of - looks great dude, and the window tint with the bright red paint sets the look off nicely. Well done.
