Very very nice. My room mate in the army with an 82 and another with an 83 got me interested in the pony after a 12 years absense and yours most certainly would have done the trick as well. Welcome and you are doing a fine job getting her road worthy

I have a black 01 as well, didn't know other colours were available till I was checking out the HD catalog ... they just ain't right.:bleh:

I build custom bikes as a hobby, it gives me something do over the long cold winters. I also have a spare 302 motor for the mustang. I am tempted to build something real nice with this motor over the winter.
