For the longest time i never thought i would own a Ford. when i was growing up believe it or not i wanted a VW corrado . Then in the summer of 2003 the tables turned. I bought a 1986 Ford Mustang Lx off my GF. the car was in excelleant condition with only 123,000 original Km's. the car was a blue on blue 3.6 automatic with those nasty spoke hub caps.

Over the summer i planned to convert this car to a 5.0L. It was a long transformation and just now it is edging its long awaited completion. It was expected to be finished last summer but my buddy that was helping me found a gf and that was the end of him. I was left high and dry :cry2: . My hopes were not washed away as i met stang seller who completed the transformation of my mustang.

All that remains before its complete is a new paint job and rims. I currently have the 17 x 9 cobra r 's in chrome waiting to go on in the spring and soon it will go in for its graphite grey pearl paint job.

to answer your guys questions, i expect to have it ready for this season, april / may. i guess it all depends on the weather and the way its going who knows when that will be!

As for the showing the before pics and after pics, my gf who im still with and going strong for the last 4 and a half years is as excited as i am. She can't believe the difference and loves it.

As for the pic in my avtar, I wish but it isn't my car. It was a picture i found in a magazine an some mustang site. It is what my car should look like when complete
