The first picture from the dealership shows the car is completely gray .. When did you add the red ...

The car is originally red. The picture taken at the dealership is after the car is completely wrapped

Great job doing the wrap. The car looks nice in grey.

I can't imagine the amount of work it took to do that. I used some of that wrap to do accents on the dash of one of my non-Fords and it wasn't too bad, but a whole car!

I was looking at the MTO site today and came across this gem for you to at the very least, be aware of. It makes me think that you could be fined if this information isn't correct.
If you don't change it, at least know that you only modified the colour in the last 6 days or less. ;>)

You will need to update your vehicle permit at a ServiceOntario centre within 6 days of changing your vehicle’s:

colour
body type
fuel type (power)
number of cylinders
registered gross weight
make
model
year
odometer information, or
vehicle identification number.

Push come to shove, if you get pulled over and the cops are hassling you, you can always peel it off. I've heard of them doing that with window tint thats too dark, give you the option right on the spot so you don't get the ticket.
