I will be moving to Westbank sometime this summer, depending on where and when we find a house.

I (we) are moving back to my home province. I am actually from the lower mainland. Pam has family in Westbank. I have visited the Okanogan Valley to realize what a great place it is. A little concerned though with living with the threat of fire. The idea of carrying a water tank on my back when going for a walk is just too funny (joking). Regardless of the fire threat I think it would be a great place to live. I prefer Penticton or Summerland over Westbank....sometimes you have to give in. I did tell Pam last night that in the event of a fire the drill for me will be.....emergency suitcase, put the dogs and Pam in the Mustang, pull the mustang or possibly mustangs out of the garage and drive away. To bad for the ricer Hyundai Tucson if will be burnt faster than deep fried pork.
