Hello,I live in P.E.I. and own a 2003 Azure Blue Mach1,five speed with IUP. I ordered my Mach1 in Nov.2002 and took delivery in May 2003. At the time it was the only Mach1 allocated to Fair Isle Ford,Charlottetown. Previous to the Mach1,I owned a Dark Highland Green Bullitt Mustang bought at the same Ford dealer. Because the Mach1 is a rare model;for this reason we take it to a few car shows around the Maritimes. At the shows we usually receive many comments on the sharp Azure Blue color. Our biggest show this past summer was The Atlantic Nationals in Moncton. We were there on both Sat. and Sun. This is a fantastic show with great variety and high attendance. The Mach1 gets limited driving;never taken out in rain and hardly 1000 km put on this past summer. Just as an example of the limited number of Mach1's out there....My wife and I went to Ont.for holidays last Aug.(with our Merc.Marquis)and travelled a fair bit to places like Ottawa,Renfrew,Toronto and Welland. In all this travel including through N.B.Quebec and return back home we met only one Mach1 on the road and it happened to be Azure Blue. We met it in the west bound lane of the 401 in E. Ont. while we were heading east on our way back to P.E.I. Seasons Greetings to all and hope to see some members at the shows in 2006.

Each year my wife and I go to Ont. as her home town(Port Hope)is just down the road from you. We lived in Hamilton for 18 yrs. before I transferred to P.E.I. with my job. We don't take the Mach1 when we go to Ont. It stays home in the garage.

Nice meeting you. We lived in Hamilton for 18 yrs. and my job took me to Brantford and area almost daily. I also travelled much of the Niagaria Pen. a great deal right to the Falls. Moved to P.E.I. in 1991. The Mach1 is my 4th Mustang and 2nd Mach1....had a 73 Mach1. My first was a 1968 Stang. I bought a 2001 Bullitt Mustang new, drove it to 8000 km and then traded it on the 2003 Mach1.

Happy Holidays in Brighton

The Boss is a sharp ride! I like the styling change and retro look of the 05's. I also like the color red but I chose the Azure this time mainly because it was an exclusive and special Mach1 color and because of the fact that my 1968 and 73 Mach1 stangs were red in color. I plan on a few bolt on mods for the Mach1 in the future. It has been proven and tested by Paul's High Performance that these mods will bring the Mach1's quarter mi. time down to 11.9 sec. Incidentally,we spend time in Port Hope every year and I travel #2 from P.H.through Brighton to Trenton. I have been going there every year to keep abreast to the Halifax bomber aircraft restoration at the RCAF Museum there!
