A Mach 1 with only 65000km on the odometer is rather exquisitely priced at $13000 Canadian dollars. I think that is a marvellous deal for anyone seeking a fine enthusiast automobile for motoring pleasure on a summers eve.

But what if he wants to drive it in the spring, fall or winter?

nope.
spring is pothole season; fall means leaves all over your car (& probably snow); winter is too slippery & dangerous.
& daytime in summer is too hot.
you can ONLY drive in the summer at night,
as long as the sun isn't in your eyes.
...better not risk it.
keep it in the garage under a tarp.
better safe than sorry blah:

This is funny. Reminds me of some members of my former car club. They refuse to drive their Mustangs if it rained, hence they were nicknamed "Garage Queen Do Nothings."

Hey we all have our reason as to when and why we drive our cars. Don't knock others for theirs, drive yours and be happy about it.
