Hi I just joined the site. I don't really own a Mustang but I did just buy a 85 Mercury Capri. Since I picked it up about 24 hours ago I put about 800 kms on it and I love it. Its in ok shape the major thing it needs is a paint job by next summer but for now it's a good driver until I put it away for winter. I'm hoping to put a 8.8 with 410 or 373 gears in it and a couple other little things over the winter. Here's some pic's

I really like the old capris. I had one years ago, but can't remember what year it was, but it had a big driving/fog light behind the grille. Does anyone know if that was a factory thing on the Capri's...just curious. By the way I too like the Matte Black....looks stealthy.

I like how you added some Saleen stuff! (Rocker skirts, and spoiler)
One thing i've always thought of doing was a full '87 to '93 LX swap on a Capri, then add the full Sallen body kit. I think it would look sick with the wide fenders, and quarters.
