New from NS

Hey, I recently purchased a 1970 Mustang Mach 1 project that was abandoned by a local in my town. I found this site to connect with the community for tips and help sourcing parts in the future.

I am not new to restoring autos as I have rebuilt a 1969/1977 Ford Bronco with my father, as well as just rebuilt a 1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo which is my current sports car. I do all the work on the cars with my father who has had a strong past with FORDs, owning a mustang in the past and many other fords.

Here is a couple pictures of the project:

Currently have a 351 Cleveland for it, but it will all be rebuilt.

Look forward to connecting to the community and getting started on the project.

Welcome to the site dude, fantastic looking project car, hard to believe someone could abandon it, but good news for you! Spotless garage too - nice and bright, I like it.

You are a very lucky man to have come across that setup.
Are you planning on a factory correct restoration or a resto mod rebuild?
