Welcome to the site dude. Sounds like a lot of work/money to swap out the motor, you should go supercharged.

The 3V can drop in, but you will need to fab up the exhaust, modifie the fuel system, wiring/computer, a tune for sure, ects.... It's also drive by wire for the throttle, where ours is by cable.
Some have done it though. So it can be done, it will not be cheap.
My problem is a week later, my 2v is toast and I stupid good deal on a 3v..I need to find out what us required, as in steps and parts asap. My shop will do it for me.

Sorry to hear about the toasty 2V dude, didn't know that . Stupid good deals are a good thing, I hope you get it all worked out. This a daily driver or something you can work on as time goes by?

Hey Guys,

Thought I would give you an update. I have found a 1997 Cobra 4.6L complete with ecu and intake, and harness for 500 with 110,000kms on. Hello New engine! I figured a SN95 engine would be easier to bolt up rather than a 3v. Plus its got the Teskid block +1. I am currently on the search for shorty headers as this vehicle needs to be etested. If you guys know of any let me know. Right Now I am thinking of a set of Ford Racing polished from Steeda.ca, thanks again guys,
-Mike
