I have a 87 Fox notch White ext. Black Int.
mods I have done are
-70mm Throttle body
-Cold air intake
-Cobra Intakes
-and BBK Shortie headers

Im looking to do more mods what do you think?

First off I'd lose the 70mm and go 60-65mm, then maybe some 3.73 gears and 1.7 roller rockers.
