This event will be taking place in beautiful and scenic Laconia, NH (well known for Laconia Motorcycle - Bike Week), on September 9th, 10th, 11th, of 2011. This will be an epic Mustang rally, celebrating an an American Icon, the Ford Mustang and the people that are passionate about them. "SmokinStangs - Laconia," is more than an event.....it is a destination!! This event is open to the general public, and in particular any/all Mustang Enthusiasts, family and friends!! This event is rain or shine. SmokinStangs.com is very excited about this "2011" inaugural year, as it will surely be the North East's - Mustang event of the year. As conceived, SmokinStangs.com has provisioned for this to be yearly event.....so be sure to get in & be seen at this Historic first year SmokinStangs - Laconia event!!! I will add...some things to work out still but Ive been told... Friday is like a show up, meet and greet type deal Saturday will include a trip to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for some laps.... Sunday will have a huge car show at The Funspot (arcade, mini golf etc etc) I think saturday will be a cool day :chacha: |

SmokinStangs is excited to announce the official location for the NHMC Car Show that will be taking place during the "SmokinStangs - Laconia" event on Sunday, September 11th, 2011......The Weirs Beach Drive-In Theater! Attachment 15125 This car show will be hosted by the NHMC - New Hampshire Mustang Club. Many that are familiar with the New England area are aware of the fact that the New Hampshire Mustang Club has been hosting the NHMC Car Show.....which has been held annually at the FunSpot (Laconia, NH) location for many years now. Funspot is the largest arcade in the world, and was founded in 1952, and is well known as the regions Family Entertainment Super Center. Funspot has commendably served the NHMC Car Show well over the past years and will be open throughout the during of the SmokinStangs Laconia weekend long event, so please, be sure to check it out. Due to the scale and anticipated turn-out for this 2011 "SmokinStangs - Laconia" Event it was mutually decided, by the SmokinStangs Laconia - Planning Committee & the New Hampshire Mustang Club, that a much larger location was going to be required. With the general Weirs Beach area serving as the SmokinStangs Laconia event "Hot Spot," and the Weirs Beach Drive-In Theater's close proximity,.......the Drive-In was a direct fit!
