The main driveway into the park is paved and in good condition, there is however an approx 100' long gravel section just before the site entrance. From there you make a turn to the left and onto the grass, pretty smooth but yes there may be the odd low spot. Parking will be on the grass but given the fact it's cut low and super green IMHO fire is a low to zero issue.
For those worried about tree sap there is plently of open area parking, for those looking for a shady spot we've got you covered as well.
