1) are the roads that the cars will take to the location all paved?
Yes they are paved to the location, once you enter the park, you'll need your trailor!
2) are the cars going to be parked/showed in a parking lot, or on grass
Grass
3) if the cars are being shown on the grass, are there plans to assure that the grass is cut short before the show? Just thinking lowered cars...hot exhaust...poof.
I'll cut 1 spot just for you
4) again...if shown on grass, is the site for the cars problematic if there's significant rain in the days prior to the event (ie: is the site at the top of a hill or the bottom)
There are hills and slops, ohh and flat spots too
Oh yeah...will all of the mods/admin gather together just prior to the judging for "the best use of duct tape"?

The main driveway into the park is paved and in good condition, there is however an approx 100' long gravel section just before the site entrance. From there you make a turn to the left and onto the grass, pretty smooth but yes there may be the odd low spot. Parking will be on the grass but given the fact it's cut low and super green IMHO fire is a low to zero issue.
