His uniform is missing the "R." before Williams. There's two Willams on the Argos.

 

That is because it had been repainted to the Argo colours. He probably still has the package and will put it in when shipped.

 

exactly what he said above!!! Will come in the package resealed with custom inserts. As for the R, the picture of him holding the jersey when announced as a member of the argos didn't have it. It wasn't until later when he added the R. i already had the figure done!!!!
