gonna bring a leash to walk your crank back home?
Or are you hopeing it stays in?
And how good is that tranny?
Or are you hopeing if anything goes nwrong its just a second gear lockout?
Yep.............I know all about DSM's
Actually a good friend of mine had both happen.
First the trans, then an expensive trip to shepperd to get a bullet proof trans, then a month later the crank jumped out and his car caught fire........
That was an expensive toy! LMAO!!!
And all jokeing aside I wish you luck with yours and hope to have another 4 bannger turbo for you to run as well.
Just need to get the standalone run, get the turbo back from the rebuilder, get my wastegate (if Crash ever gives me a call ), get my manifold made, etc, etc......LMAO!!!

nice man! Yea the 6 bolt you should be fine.
Remember to order a longer clutch for pin too. You'll need it with the ACT.
And as far as ACT goes........I've got an extreme pressure plate and a 6 puck street disk. It works great! Don't go unsprung. They are horrible for the first 5000kms, and even then its pretty much just grab and go. They chatter really bad! (had one in my B2200)
Just read what the 2100 kit was......
I know there more, but go with the extreme pressure plate if you can. I know its more $$, and it will be alot harder pedal feel, but its definatly worth it IMO.
What turbo you going with again? You using a 16G?

a friend of mine was using the Extreme PP and i've driven the car. it was pretty good after break-in, buit i'll be DD'n the car with minimal track time, so i still want something a bit less of a workout.
i'm also trying to work out a deal with a vancouver guy for a clean E3 head with 262/272 cams, after that all i'd need engine wise is a decent rebuild kit and a new T-belt.
but really it's a HUUUUUGGEE list of crap i wanna get for this thing.. if i can hit low 12's high 11's i'll be stoked
current priority:
Trans/clutch
ECMlink ECU
FIC550's
FMIC
engine rebuild and t-belt
if i can get that much done this year i'll be happy

I will be there watching, I never was any good with a 4 speed. Now that I'm almost 50 , and my Mustangs are 5 speeds, I can't remember where the gears are ..... So I will be official camera man .
