Well OK, as you may have guessed, it's NOT my driving skills , Breakinparts has been sharing his many years of drag racing experience & his impressive fabricating ability to shave 7/10ths off last years best time. He's been bitchin about that big Demon carb I'm so proud of, so Wednesday he takes the 830 Holley off one of his race cars & jets it to feed my 351 & the car drops 3/10ths after a little more between runs tuning. He's got the car hooking so hard that now he has to build a 8.8 that will take the beatin, he welded the axles tubes in today, should be back in the car in a day or so with 33 spline moser's, full spool & a 4.30 gear, THEN we can try the brake which will make that 5000 Frank Lupos convertor work well. We're looking for 10's on motor by the fall.
