well it looked like we were going to get rained out again today at shannonville but the sun pulled through. i had to enter into street class because the free drags got rained out friday night :cry2:
so i only got two time trails in and one elimination round in.
and this is how it went: perfect R/T is .500

i was expecting a little better but it was my first time racing a stick and i was just on street tires. i think i was hooking good, but didnt have the rpms high enough because it seemed like it boged down off the start .
o well. first run sucked so bad because i ground second pretty good..might be because i was nervous or because the syncros are going. but not bad i dont think for first time at the track! what ya'll think?
P.S. temp was 80.6 with 66% humidity

hey! i was there that day. thats a nice car you have. if you strapped some et streets on there you could dump at a much higher rpm. I run my 5.0 there with a stock motor 3.73's and a 150 shot and i can dump the clutch at 5000 without spinning a tire!
