I'm all for battery powered cars for the future but not at the expense of my gas powered toy which I purchased before all these new ridiculous laws take effect.

Thats not what I meant bud,...... All I was saying was it would be a shame to fully outlaw all fuelies one day,.... I'll be the first to buy the new volt if GM stays in business,......lol,......... I'd like to leave a better planet for my son just don't see why people who currently at the time of any such out outlaw still own a fuel powered not be able to use it,....i don' tsee anything wrong with not being able to buy gas pwered cars one day,.... Just not making them illegal for those who still own them,... The number at that time when electric is mainstream would be small and the amount of pollution from the small group of gas enthusiasts would be very little. You need to calm done bud,... This is a mustang site everyone here loves driving their car so what do you expect as an answer to that,... Is that cool?

Also,.... I wasn't talking about just drag racers I agree with you on that I meant the entire auto industry 20 to 25 years from now when and if gas powered vehicles are no longer the norm. Maybe I got a little off the topic and ahead of myself.

Also - don't see the need for you to so rudely jump down my throat for an opinion,...... I didn't do that too you or would I do that to anyone else,..... Telling me to "go south of the border" cause my opionion was different then yours was unneccessary. Theres lots of good people in the states. Even every one on this site and country for that matter is entitled to their opinion,...... I respect yours and you should respect mine in kind without the remarks you made. I don't like to argue but I do like to say how I feel,..... Hopefully we can agree on what I said and resapect one another.

No hard feelings here

BANG! this is exactly what I think,... they`ll corner and patten the electric stations and hydrogen cells,..... and you`ll see a big shift,... basically almost everything being one of these vehicles but gas will still be avail for gas powered vehicles which you`ll probrably have to have a collectors permit to own or whatever.
