Made my first ever three passes down the track today with my sexy fox! Wasn't expecting much from a relatively stock setup but man was it fun!
Two of three passes are on my YouTube channel along with this short clip of my brothers car. 1979 Fairmont and I believe his best run is 10.23.
Here were my times,
Pass 1:
R/T .259, ET 14.680@ 93.63mph
Pass 2:
R/T .165, ET 14.645@ 95.38mph
Pass 3:
R/T .006, ET 14.904@ 95.75 (60 ft was 2 tenths slower)

There are a couple others of his car too including a pass he made in '09 to win an awesome Matco toolbox. It had a 302 in it for that run but now carries a 460 big block! Love watching the races but much more fun to be the one going down the track! Enjoy

doesn't the fairmont basically have a fox chassis? it sounds badass regardless.

 

Saving my loonies to hopefully find a used supercharger to throw on it next year! (Fingers crossed) :-D
