Yeah, roll bars for hardtops running 11.99 to 10.00,anything quicker must have a cage, and 13.99 to 11.00 for verts, and if quicker it must have a cage.

Nice man! Thats moving out for a N/A Motor.

Dont forget about all the other safety stuff that goes with it as well. Fire Jacket/Suit, Bellhousing, DS Loop, etc. Once you hit 135mph, you will need a 10 point cage will be good to 8.50. You technically dont need a Chute until you hit 150mph.

11:50 is my target when ever I get my motor built (4th frigging day of never by the looks of it) as I want to avoid the bar at least for a while.

11.50 and quicker you need a cage... You can get away with low 11's high 10's usually at local tracks without them kicking you off but anywhere I go in the states.. no Chance. Eventually it will be caged.. not just because I have to but for saftey aswell.

at 140mph+ it's nice to have the chute, saves a ton of brakes.. lol I will keep updating the car as the speed's get quicker. I already have a drive shaft loop and the 5 point cam locl belts

nice runs matt.i'm thinking a drag racing rear anti roll bar would help you alot as it would keep your car from twisting and using up energy that could be going to the rear wheels instead.i notice in your avatar pic it is twisting pretty good.that is also a good reason to cage it.
