I actually liked those rims (came on my 99gt as well) as they were very easy to clean/keep clean

That is one of the reasons I like them too.

I know they put Bullitts on the 99-04 style but am not sure what years. The Bullitts are no where near as easy to clean mind you.

The bullitt's were optional 02-04.
