Tire sizes????
Hey again, I need some tire sizes for my new wheels, the fronts are 15 x 4 pro stars and I was thinking 165 85 15, more importantly the rear wheels are 15 x 8 and have 5.5 inch backspacing, I am going to remove the quads as I am installing beefier upper and lower control arms but I need a tire size, I was thinking 255 60 15 or can I go bigger, I dont want to have to roll the fender lip, thanks guys any help is appreciated

Some have run 275's out back, but it also depends on the tire brand as some are narrow, or some are wider with the same specs.
255 is safe, as many have gone with that size. |
!low has said it perfectly but Chad is bang on to.

Even I have noticed a difference in tires just on the Mustangs I have owned. The 90 05 and 09 have rounded sidewalls where the 99 had a straighter wall
