My Brother (Longhood_shortdeck?) and I attended Saturday of the Phoenix event. It was our first time at a real drag racing event. The first time a Top Fuel went by we just looked at each other in shock, they are unreal. Definetly a worthwhile experience!

Your in trouble now, once you hear it and feel it, you will be going again for sure. Your hooked.
It is one of the hardest things to explain to someone. The whole earth moves when they leave. I go to the US Nationals. Sounds like you had fun. right on.

For sure. They bring a whole new meaning to "feeling power". You might be able to feel power in a Cobra when your in it...but you can feel the power of a Top Fuel a mile away! (300mph is pretty incredible too!)

Definetly tough to explain...I just say it rattles your eyeballs and most people get the point.

Right on, hope you did not get nitro in your eyes from them starting them up in the pits. :cry2: Brings back good memories for sure.
