1996 Mustang - aod shift kits?

I am going to get a tranny rebuild here right away this spring I have a 96 gt vert with an auto tranny and I was thinking about picking up a b&m shift kit next week does anybody here run one or are there any other better shift kits out there ? A few guys on other mustang forums were talking about a transgo shift kit . Any info will help.
