Sorry for the late replies guys. Been busy with exams at school!

I meant to do an official break down but parts and the $$ started to add after i got rolling so i decided not to total it up.

I waited it out and got a pretty good deal on almost everything i bought. The gears were brand new pull offs i got for $120 i think? There was no pattern on them at all.

Control arms were about ~ $250
the dip was through a friend and was $60 ( strongly recommend, at first i was planning on wire wheeling of the rust, which would have not been nearly as good as the dip )
clutch pack, bearings and seals id say were $350 ( thats every bearing and seal in the rear end )

And yea the $$ added up fast haha. Just things like the master cylinder and the break pads/springs, i just replaced because i wanted to get the whole thing done. I didnt initially plan on doing that. I did this a good 8 months ago so those figures could be off a bit.

Um i did use air tools, but the control arm bolts are a big pain in the ass. Broke 3 ratchets trying to get those suckers loose. They were just seized. Didnt break very many thankfully, broke more bolts getting the water pump out in the fall haha. Not alot of specialty tools were used. Just a decent amount of time and patience to score the perfect gear mesh.

Not to sure how much hp it can handle, but it sure is alot better with the 3.55s, and no longer having an embarrassing 1 wheel peel!

And i got this question before, but the reason i didnt swap to a 5 lug at the time was because i have fairly decent rubber on the ponys, and i dont feel the need to swap them out right now. I have the axels at home, picked them up dirt cheap too. Just a matter of time!
