Parking brake matter, and diagnoses of possible related issue

It was the cable, snapped loose, and closed the caliper rubbing into the pads as I would drive, which apparently warped the one but not the other side. So replaced both driver ad pas rotors and pads, and the caliper on driver side too. Huge difference.
