I haven't used either but was very happy with B&M on my T-5/T-45 cars.

I here a lot of good things about the MGW that is in the link that FRed-Cobra posted. Myself have the B&M ripper that has been in my 03 GT since day to of being brought home from the dealership brand new. Still have it in my GT today, and have no issues thus far.
Don't hear much about the Steeda or Roush ones really.
