So after some reading I realize the my tr3650 is probably not going to last to long once I have 550+ hp. Is there a direct replacement that's stronger? Can I just get mine rebuilt stronger?

 

It can be built,but why not up grade to a 6 speed from a Cobra,or get the Viper spec version for a mustang.

 

What are those worth though? What tranny is in the cobra?

I looked at that but it requires quite a bit to make it work. Is there one that will bolt right up? I have seen TKO thrown around....

The T-56 Magnum is a nice unit from what i have read and shifts much better than the tko series. G force also has some really killers trans that you might want to check out although i am unsure of there options for a S-197
