94 - 95 Cobra had 255/45/17 as original equipment, IIRC. 95 Cobra R had that size for sure. In any case, that size is less than 1/2" larger in diameter compared to 245/45/17, not enough to upset anything really.

As promised, I cleaned the wheels up real nice tonight and got some better pics. Here they are:










As you can see the tires are different but the tread is very similar, and both have alot of mileage left in them. Photobucket down-sized the pics but pm me if you want full-size images.
