**SOLD** 97 GT 17" wheels and next-to-new tires **SOLD**
Tires are pretty much new, no signs of wear. Nexen N3000 245/45/17's all around. These tires will LAST you .. know a few guys who ride on 'em and haven't seen any signs of wear after 3 seasons already! Great traction, and low road noise too.
Wheels are stockers from my '97. In good shape, but typical clear coat bubbles going on. Not looking to get a lot for this stuff, but just paid over $800 for the tires last summer. To date, only drove on 'em for a total of about 4 months. Will not seperate tires from wheels, unless you can find me a buyer for the wheels. I'm basically giving the wheels away with this deal...just wanna make some money back on the tires. First $400 takes it all (plus shipping if you can't pick up or meet half way). Located in Sarnia, Ontario. Pics are here: http://s88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...%20for%20sale/

Hey Keith,
Sorry, but as stated above, I will not seperate the wheels from the tires; unless you're going to pay the $400 for the tires alone. I'm selling because I want the stuff out of my way, and selling just the rubber isn't gonna do much good for me. $400 would be my asking price for the tires alone, like I said, I'm basically just throwing in the wheels for nothing. So if you want the tires, you gotta take the wheels with 'em man. Like you said in your PM, it shouldn't be hard to get rid of 'em...so make some of the $400 back from the tires and sell 'em yourself.
Also, Hamilton is about 2.5 hours or so from me ... that's over $50 in gas money to meet you half way, not to mention the waste of a day. I'm unfortunately not really heading up that way anytime soon. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm willing to accomodate, but I think $50 in gas money and wasting a day that I could be workin' on the new house is a little much. Sorry man.
Just had a lightbulb, Keith! What about sending 'em to ya on a Greyhound? They ship stuff cheap all the time from what I understand. Probably be less to Greyhound it then it would be to drive (even half way) to get 'em. What do you think?
UPDATE: Bah, just checked the website and it looks like it'd still be $100+ to ship with them.

Guys, I'm sorry to deliver the bad news, but the whole set sold tonight. Not 10 minutes after I posted them, a guy called me and snatched them up. Already have the cash in hand. Sorry, but I had to go where the money was and where it was a for sure sale.

I feel bad, but it was a no-strings deal and he came with the cash. I couldn't afford to turn him down for just a "possible" sale to someone who wasn't sure about how they were gonna pick 'em up, or if they wanted the wheels at all. Sorry again. Good luck with your hunt! I'll tell you one thing man - although I just paid 800 last summer for those tires (from a local shop), I think Ebay has 'em for about $300 USD + shipping for all 4. Check it out! Or try tirerack.com .. they have great prices too.
