Original Poster, or the guy that started the thread, damn acronyms. He listed a phone number right up front in post #1, thought that might be a solution to see if the parts were still available for you.

Please call me at 905 928 4053 if interested in parts/install, keep the PM's to a minimum I can never keep track of them
