Are the older tunes deleted and do you have any idea what it would cost for someone to write me a tune for my bolt ons? Sorry i just dont know much about the tuner.

The unit is returned to stock with the latest firmware on it. You can get mail order tunes from places like BAMA Chips, Brenspeed and VMP tuning. BAMA charges 50.00 per tune or 115.00 for a 3 pack of tunes all US pricing (if you just get 1 get a race tune) or there are canned tunes on the unit.
