how is the tq arm not complete? what does it need? who made it?

Front weld on bracing is not there as i guess its still on the guys car who owned it. Best way to describe it is that there is bracing done on the sub frames and have a an area where the tq arm bolt goes through, thats not there because its on the original guys car i guess. So you would need that fabbed.

Not sure who made it, doesnt say. I will take $300 for the tq arm and panhard bar since it will need some work to get it on a persons car.
