Sean Hyland claims the Ford racing axle back and the Borol version are identical. He has lead me to believe they are made by Borola. They carry both but the Borola stamped ones are $200 more. Any thoughts out there??

My bad here - not sure if I should have started a new thread here in the exhaust section?

They are not exactly the same, Borla does OE mufflers to spec of the OE (Ford Racing) and one of the more obvious differences will be the 4" Borla tip vs the 3.5" Ford Racing tip.

Also I am not sure FRPP has the million mile guarantee.

I installed my own roush charger myself about 4 years ago and have had not a problem with it. This week I installed a 2.5" blower pulley upping boost to 10lbs along with custome pulley set.

Roushcharger install has started

Before you buy the exhaust, check out the systems from Corsa, and the GT500KR system. I have heard a lot of praise for both. They are a little out of my price range, but it sounds like you have the coin to buy the best.

Thanks for the comments guys. Ordered the Super Charger today and have booked appointment for install at Sean Hyland motorsportd for the first week of June.

In reference to the exhaust I am leaning towards the GT500 KR. I think it looks like a pretty simple thing to install myself , even for a newbie hahaha. Anyways anyone have a few sites where I can order the axle backs from. Are there any in Canada? Most sites are American and alot of the ones I found in Canada still quote American dollars and really are just a middle man. Actually not that concerned with saving $30.00 so what sites are realable companies to deal with.

Congrats on going with the Kenne Bell. Your car will be a beast for sure.

I bought my Ford racing GTA axle backs from BOI on ebay. Price was very good and shipping was fast.
Is this the axle back you are looking for?

07 08 SHELBY GT500 FORD RACING MUFFLERS KIT M-5230-SVT1 - (eBay.ca item 260290811852 end time 20-May-09 11:38:21 EDT)

Sweet...but pricey!

Save some $$ for suspension upgrades because with the s/c you'll want a bit tighter setup. I would say beefier front/rear sway bars, front A arm brace and SVT rear lower control arms would make a big difference with the extra power you'll be putting down.
Is your Bullitt strut tower brace going to clear the s/c though? (It's not a biggy but you can replace it with a GT500 brace if not).

Good luck with the install and post some pics afterward.
