Wet vs Dry nitrous qestions
What is the difference between a wet and dry system? which would be more user friendly with less chance of problems?
Is there an approxiamate cost?
How large of a shot could i run on an HCI car?

Wet kit: Supplies its own fuel
Dry kit: Does not supply its own fuel. It spikes your fuel pressure to provide the additional fuel via your injectors.
I'm not a nitrous expert by any means, maybe Nickm50 will chime in, he's been running it for YEARS and has experience with both kits and has had three nitrous "assisted" vehicles including that S-truck you are familiar with.
You have a hyper piston motor, so, you are going to hear a lot of different answers in regards to that part of your question. Some say no more than 100-shot, others say you CAN run a 150.....etc. Just don't detonate it, or bye-bye piston(s).

i've already had some detonation, but on the stock engine it wouldn't have hurt it....with nitrous....bye bye pistion!!! that is why i will be taking it to get a tune next year to make sure everything is working properly!

With good fuel and a tune you'd be fine with a dry shot. If your running over 100hp make your best off to run a better pump. It can be done with the stock pump but it isn't smart.
Start small and tune what you have before stepping up. I have run this stuff forever and have picked up over a full second with a tiny 75hp hit. If you put a kit on and see little gains, re-sist the urge to jam bigger jets in and figure out your problem first.

I also think a dry kit is a safer bet, I would run 100hp max, with that you could get an adjustable fuel press. regulator and see if it will do, if not, you'll need to upgrade your injectors and pump. For a basic kit, I'd say you'll be looking at $700-1000 depending on the brand, used kits can be had for around $500+/- $100.
