To be honest, and in my opinion,i think that 3.90's is a poor excuse of a gear."It's like saying you want 3.73's,but yet you want 4.10's,but i'm affraid too"...LOL
4.10's are really taime for the 4.6 when it comes to rpm.The 4.6 needs gear to stay in the power band, and give a nice kick in the ars for torque.
You will get a lot of mix reviews, but those of us that have 4.10's often move,or think of moving to 4.30's,so what does that tell ya.
Spend the money once, laybour isn't cheap.
Now this isn't directed to the pushrod guys, only modular guys.

Well what's your highway mileage like... I spend alot of tile on it.... Very little city driving and would like more than 300 kms per tank

Man,i couldn't tell you.Been a long time since i have been on a highway trip with the GT.Doesn't fit the family of five!!!But i do remember that the difference was minimal.Man i wish i could remember!!!

Well I found a set of 4.10s with the motive install kit for 200 bucks plus shipping so I am gonna take your advice, maybe,I know I bought a mustang and it's kind of retarded to whine about mileage in a sports car but gas just hit 1.07 so I would love to know what everyone is getting on a tank

1.07,on a good day here it's 1.09,a normal day it's over 1.10!!!!
You will not regret it.In some ways it might help out your miliage since you will not be working the stang as hard.Less on the throttle since the 4.10's will always keep the stang right were you want it,but then again,it may make you throttle happy with a big grin ear to ear LOL!
