WTB/WTT For Solid Axle

Looking for a solid axle from a 96-98 GT/Cobra to purchase or trade + money for my IRS, H&R Springs, Struts, Shocks

hey paul you know that the 96-98 cobra and gt diff's are shorter than the 99-04 gt/cobra cars I think about 3/4 inch each side.

Yup.....that is the purpose of requesting one from 96-98 :-)

Shorter Axle = less flex and chance of breaking
Shorter Axle = wheels tucked in more and the chance of running a mini tub :-)

Shipping Axle's is not TOO BAD if you are serious.

or drive down, we can have the swap done in less than a day

Well I certainly can't put them in (I have trouble ensuring the oil pan plug goes back in correctly ).

So a quick run to the Steeda.ca shops according to Mapquest:

Total Est. Time: 18 hours, 57 minutes Total Est. Distance: 1136.78 miles

Can't believe I actually checked! This is tempting, but realistically, consider this a "free bump"

Thanks man.......got front and rear coil overs and a kmember coming for it too...well once i can find this axle.

I have one lined up but the guy may want to back out because of money
