1986 Mustang LX 5.0 FOR SALE

I have decide to go on to something older. The car has 148000KM but it looks more like 48000. It has been painted once. 5 speed. Grey interior. Clean from top to bottom. All original drivetrain only modification is Flowmaster mufflers and signature exhaust tips. Comes with Ponies and original 10 holes, both with excellent tires. Selling without the stereo. Asking $8600.00 cert. Thanks, Brian.

Want opinions:

What do you guy's think these cars are worth now? I truly believe this car is worth what I am asking. It is a solid car, like new without that annoying new car smell. You can't beat the performance for the dollar. But I want opinions.

I have lowered the price to $8200.00 and I can do better if you don't want the ponies.

I would really like to sell this car to someone dedicated to Mustangs and not just some kid who wants to run the bejeepers out of it. I am open to offers. Does anyone know of somebody looking for a good clean Mustang.

The car is ready to go into storage. I have lowered the asking price to $8000.00 if it sells before the door closes on storage building. I will also pay the storage bill for the winter if the buyer wants to leave the car there.

OK, here's the deal I have to many projects on the go now(1980 442, 1968 Cutlass Conv. new shop just opened.). I have decided instead of going older as I had planed I am just going to sell my car. I have $7500.00 into this car with the wheels, before any clean up detailing or tuning I have done. I will sell it for $7500.00 with both sets of rims or $7000.00 with the factory 10 holes and nearly new tires. The car is well worth this amount. Drop me a line. And it can stay in the allready paid for storage until May.

OK car will be coming out of storage now, It has never taken this long to sell any car I have ever owned. And this is a nice car. I am looking at another Mustang now so if this one sells then I will move on, if not then I am putting a little money into this one (returning the mouldings to correct colour) and cruising another summer. I will sell the car as I bought it for what I paid. Original rims, with excellent tires, no Ponies (sell with car or separately after car sells) and I will keep the the stereo system minus the direct fit kickpanel speakers that will go with the car. Price is $7000.00.

its a great looking car and I think your price is more than reasonable... Don't give it away. I wish it was around when I bought my 85 I would have jumped at it. Good luck
