2012 Ford Mustang - $32500

I have a 2012 Ford Mustang for sale, in Other - Saskatchewan.

Mileage: 9661km
Engine Size: 5.0

Asking price is $32500

Well I can't believe I'm doing this but some family plans have changed, and we are planning to do a lot of camping, so I'm selling the Mustang as I recently purchased a camper trailer, and am looking for a truck to pull it now. If I could afford to keep the Mustang and just buy a truck I would, but that's just not feasible. This is one reason, and the other is that I just don't use it, it's parked for 7 months of the year, and with work I only get every second weekend off, so if the weather is nice those weekends I get to drive it, and if not it sits in the garage. I'm sure you all know the deal with my car....it's mint, and paint is like looking in water, no swirls, no scratches it's perfect. Brembo brake package and extra's that have been added are side scoops, 1/4 window louvers and GT500 style spoiler. Asking $32,500 obo. If not sold soon, I will likely trade it in.

I always hate to see guys selling their Mustangs but I guess you have to do what is necessary.

ChadStang 05-26-2013 12:20 PM

Good luck with the sale. Your gonna miss it.

Yeah I know, I'm gonna miss it big time....I can't even look at it too much, or I'll change my mind. I will likely be on the hunt for a new edge Mustang now, that I can buy cash and slowly do it up to my liking, at least if it's paid for I wont feel so bad about not driving it much.

Yeah I'm thinking the same way. I'd love to pick up another 03/04 Cobra.

Good luck bro. I hear where you are coming from in ways as i sit, and think about selling at times aswell.
But at the same token, mine has been paid off 5 years ago, so it owes me nothing sitting there i guess.

Said it before, and I'll say it again. No big deal to sell your ride dude, there's a million Mustangs out there, so if time and money line up, there'll be another one in your future. Kind of ironic that you passed on the Boss302 for a camper trailer though. Did you check with the dealer to see what they're offering for a trade in ? Here in Ontario, you get the trade in value, but you also get like another 13% added to the value of the trade in because it comes right off the balance and you don't pay tax on it. Then again, I suppose it depends where you're trading it in. Nice car , best of luck on the sale.

Well it's done! :( The Mustang is no longer mine! I test drove several trucks over the past couple of days, and as much as I have always been a Ford guy, I was most impressed with the 2013 Ram Sport, which is what I ended up with. It has the new 8 speed auto tranny, and their new air bag suspension package which lowers the truck quite a bit on the highway for maximum aero and fuel mileage, and also has settings to raise the truck with two off road settings. It has every available option, except the sunroof. It goes in tomorrow for bed liner and a few other accessories, and then will be coming home with me tomorrow night. I already miss the Mustang, and I know for sure that there will be another Mustang in my near future, just now quite as new as the last one. Here's a couple pics of the new truck.

I honestly thought I would be the last one that would ever buy a Dodge, but what can I say, I was impressed, especially with the ride.

Cause it doesn't have the blue oval on the grille or tailgate, that's why LOL!

Great news......I'm going to look at a '68 Mustang coupe on Sunday that is currently in Alberta, but was brought up from California. The owner says it has absolutely no rust or bondo, and the paint is in very good shape. It has brand new seats front and back, but the interior otherwise is in need of TLC. It is 302 auto, and seems like it would be a great car to drive on the weekends, and do the little bit of work it might need on the interior myself. The price is right imo at $10,000 obo. I'm hoping if it's as good as he indicated to me via several emails, that I can get it for about $8,500-9000. Here's the ad...

oh oh not this again:lol Loved the Sport for the 2 years we had it (I think it lasted 2) You will enjoy the truck for sure:tup

DublDee 06-05-2013 07:25 AM

Yeah we do like it for sure. We test drove just about every truck on the market, and honestly both the wife and I agreed that the Ram was the truck that seemed to be the most comfortable, both in town and on the highway. I will say that the Ford FX4 was probably my second choice, and then likely the Toyota Tacoma. I absolutely hated what GM had to offer, but maybe because my works trucks have all been GM's for the last 8 years.

6.4Hemipower 06-05-2013 11:29 AM

nice ride is because of the rear setup. I am thinking of getting another 4x4 Sport reg cab short box.

Yeah and mine has the new air suspension, which is amazing. If you're going with the regular cab I would suggest the R/T. It's pretty much the same, but you get the 22" wheels instead of the 20" and also the Blacked out grille with the R/T Badges. :tup

P.S. the new owner is not a car guy, just always wanted one....His wife always wanted a beetle and they have on of those...

Yeah I actually met Daryl and his wife when they picked the car up, and actually he's a member here....Anyway, they seem like really nice people, and seemed pretty excited to get the Stang. He contacted me through the forum prior to purchasing the car, and wanted to know about it, so I let him know that the car was awesome and I treated it like my baby, which he was able to determine after reading some of my threads. Anyway, for someone to research the car as much as he did, and then go out and get the deal done on the car, would tell me he's at least a bit of a car guy! Either way I can tell you he got a great car, and I'm happy for him.

odieser 07-20-2013 01:26 PM

I need to clarify i was not saying Darryl would not be a great owner of the car. Takes great car of the vehicles they have now. Glad you found a good home....ow i need a home for mine

I am out.
